The Zimbabwe BPO Council (BPOAZ) is the country's premier trade association for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and allied services. We facilitate business and trade in BPO, IT-Enabled Services (ITES) and Global Business Services (GBS), and advocate for government and public sector support to position Zimbabwe as Africa's premier outsourcing destination.

The Zimbabwe BPO Council was established to coordinate and promote the growth of the outsourcing industry. With government support through the Ministry of ICT, BPOAZ works to create a knowledge-based economy and position Zimbabwe as Africa's next BPO destination — a stable, English-speaking, well-educated, time-zone-friendly partner for the global market.
